nah just legislate.. in the national interest rather than the interest of the property sector
simple as that .. no stimulus no handouts no offsets no excuses
the Australian people have been betrayed by property investors who have benefitted from decades of taxation welfare while clocking capital gains.. so then they turn around and abandon Australian citizens to chase the short term dollar ?
