It is correct to assume that this news has been in the pipeline for quite some time and for it to finally be announced is another significant confidence milestone. Think it through carefully, in light of recent events it should not be taken lightly.
There is a clear method to the timing of todays announcement. Logic suggests that given the long lead times associated with the strict HK listing rules and due diligence requirements of all parties involved, some very positive developments will soon follow. I agree that issuing additional stock without resolving the current issues would be opportunistic, however I do not believe that this will be the case at all - they are not that stupid!!
For those who haven't got lost in the noise and as frustrating as it can be, continue to stay the course. Not long to go, the beast is evolving quicker than most think. Stay tuned.
