I think it's a good move for BRM.
BRM is still too top heavy with people who have too much hands on mining experience.
Much better to have people with no hands-on mining experience.
Or if you have to employ them, make them non-exec. Directors.
The day when BRM has no professional mining staff left will be a key milestone in Wah Nam's value adding mission.
