Clearly th important part here is the lockup for 3 months on the rest of the shares.
Its fair to say that this deal was done a while ago and thats why we have seen the recent sell down before today.
Perhaps the Instos sold down last 2 weeks - then loaded up again today at 50c - Its a win win for eveyone bar us shareHolders but thats the way it works.....
I bought today and will load up again tomorrow as there is now more security on the MLM lockup of shares.
