Simply because, to have any hope of getting the big stuff right, a company has to get the little things right. When a listed company falls behind on basic stuff like reporting, alarm bells should be ringing loudly for all investors.
I care less about what's in the report at this stage then I care about AHZ actually meeting their most basic commitments.
Oh, and if you followed BIG, GSW, BLA and a dozen other sob stories, a lack of honest, timely reporting was the first sign that they were absolutely cactus.
So yeah, it's kind of important.
Simply because, to have any hope of getting the big stuff right,...
