Is it the product
Is it the Management
Is it the stupid investor
Is it the lack on cash for the Management wages and bonuses.
Is it the Medical association that won't take up the product
Is it the government departments that won't support the technology.
Is it he support given by the investor.
Is it just the lack of cash.
