    all in all, the resource base that can be factored into the price has increased enormously, and the number of shares has remained relatively modest.

    in the right environment, this could be pushed back to over 10c in an instant.

    excluding any opportune momentum plays, i would say the right environment will be when they announce the next mining campaign proper
