Yep, because only Trump would take document's that he wasn't legally entitled to take, and only Trump wouldn't return them despite multiple opportunities.
As for the affidavit, it is totally irrelevant, as it isn't disputed that Trump had documents he wasn't entitled to have.
It is unprecedented for a Ex-president to do what Trump did.
