Has it been confirmed he took documents he had no right to take? and did so knowingly. that last bit is what's important. As President he could declassify documents at any time. Anyone who thinks a raid of this scale over a National Archives dispute is not political is kidding themselves. Funny thing is, the Democrats had already argued against such action a few years back when a certain Mrs Clinton was personally holding classified documents. Going to be very interesting to see what comes of all this.
