The place is dead, Andrews has sucked the life out of Melbourne
Yep, the city CBD is no more, lots of people working from home, (depressed without social contact at the workspace).
Overseas tourisits wont go to the CBD if there's nothing there, with just homeless people lying on the streets and restaurants closed. Tourism in Melb (and Australia) will never be the same, or reach the same level as before
And more Aussies will start travelling to Europe where everthing is back to normal (no mandates) and spend their money there
