LOL, I have rather low expectations from UNS management :)
I think UNS management don't appreciate the value of speaking to some of the business weaknesses and speaking to how they are being addressed. I don't think they credit their investors with enough grey matter to digest such info and tend to use kid gloves with us and we hear mostly blue sky language and associated sentiment.
I find knowing the worst/weaknesses about the company means you don't get easily rattled when you learn of these facts from other sources or read them being spun a certain way by the likes of Seekingalpha etc.
But, I admit I live in a perfect world of unicorns and lollies and don't understand the financial/investment world of the US in which UNS find themselves trying to survive.
