SD - from a chart perspective, this stock needs to form a base before heading back up. Its firmly entrenched in a downtrend at the moment, so yesterdays announcement was just a catalyst to flush sellers out.

Am looking for an entry point - have read the reports, looked at the financials - it looks like a good turnaround story- they have the POTENTIAL to increase their output 5 x and increase net profit to around $6k/day. BUT, this will require a capital raising to acquire the necessary equipment to do that.

Options expire Jan 06 - if I can see a base forming around the 2.2-2.5 range, I will buy into the options for leverage. 3 cent expiry - next quarterly report is the key.

Its not going to be quick trade, but for those willing to hold, it looks as though it will be rewarding. Tough entry conditions for competitors and the demand is there once they have the capacity.
