Totally agree. Obviously the warden doesn’t care about the economy nor the reputation. lol
Even just on pure legal ground, this decision failed to demonstrate enough common sense. 130k shortfall by the previous owner vs 55M invested, surely any reasonable person would deem the shortfall too trivial?
