developments will stall, until we get some advice on the cost of the new big nbn, what will it add to the costs....$3000 or $10,000... thats right, currently a secret cost...cause no costings have been done qld was bringing in costs to go green...a state tax to add to the cost of existing and new houses.... and green audits are on the way..... your states sure know how to increase the price of houses for you...and you keep voting them back in...so they know they have the 'right and mandate' to charge whatever they like
all the people who added solar power, will recover those costs when they sell the house... there are a miriad of ways, prices can be increased... or one can opt out, buy a bush block, with no water, electricity or road or sewage...thats the way to save on costs... go really really green....
