be careful with how you word things. i have no issue with you finding that it was changed to a phase 2 trial, but do not promote it as such without proof.

now that we have confirmation that in fact nothing has changed, it would be nice to see you accept this as fact, and retract your statement that

also, you line: "We have had interim data and now we are a Phase 2 ???????" is implying that after interim data, the fda has imposed CANVAS to be a phase II. while you are not directly saying this, one can only assume it from the way you have posted. again, for the sake of being impartial, you should acknowledge that this is not true.
