It does seem reasonable to expect possible growth of 100 or 200 bopd each month for a period of time. Both the past record and any reasonable analysis allows for this outcome, unless you are Paul100 and then you believe that unlike other oil producers MAD will peak and decline by year end as they are idiots unlike Paul/Everest.
Exponential growth is neither possible nor required to see the 2000 and then 3000 level achieved within a year or 18 months.
