With the above recomendation selling now on market,The problem I have is, did Hamza Habib issue a recomendation for BMN as a buy before the Hanglong offer.......and if he did, why?


With this offer from Hanlong, some have made money from insider knowledge!imo


The "latter option"(Mr Habib's recomendation,sell now)is true if the deal eventually falls over, if not its a "sucked in scenario" for the sellers.

Saying the offer seems "well above fair value" is inaccurate and could be seen as an attempt to influence selling as well. Reasons?
