agree your comments, what's fair value!!!!
as I am a shareholder valued bmn more than $6 per share based on mru takeover, but what is the fair value both Advisers put to bmn:
1,Macquarie Capital
2,Cutfield Freeman & Co.
they have not said anything neither bring another better offer to bmn!!!! only sitting aside and charging bmn for fees!!!!
