"Firstly, we must be realistic with offers and the uranium industry as a whole esp. after the Japan nuclear fallout from the quake incident.

The uranium industry is not like the iron ore industry or rare earths industry. I'm not trying to sell out our shares for cheap."

If there was not a future for the Uranium Industry, then by all means the offer should be taken and taken Quickly imo.

But, if there is a future for the Uranium Industry, sould our Board/Management allow BMN to be purchased for around 62c a share.atm.?

Assuming there is a future for Uranium and assuming BMN Management's committment to the Company, what do you believe their choice should be, Sell or Realise the potential of the company, to its fullest.!

Realisticly it does come down to the future of L/T Nuclear Power and by the looks of it, Hanglong believes in that future. imo

Is this offer opportunistic to BMN's shareholders or hanlong?

    Good luck All

    Sm
