Definitely 2013 !!
In my email to Ben I mentioned unsubstantiated rumours about a new process at BLM, that other posters had made, that would have delayed approvals until 2014. This is definitely not the case for POK.
So we are looking for approval to be on BLM website in 6 - 7 weeks and I'm sure POK will make an announcement about this key mile stone in the big picture.
I would rate it a strong buy, but we may still go down to 26c to close that gap. If price keeps going south over the next week or two, we may be able to top up at what would be a strong support level. I like "gaps". Usually pays off well. Just hope my post doesn't get punters too excited as I want that gap filled.
