    Monsour was also a part of a board who presided over enormous share holder value destruction. He also stood by while there was substantial related party transactions and was at the helm as former executives helped themselves to (overly) generous payouts. I'm not sure that I would like to see more of that sort of corporate governance moving forward (notwithstanding Cameron's share sale mistiming).
