    I added CZZ, BUG, RFF and SHV to the list and then had a look at all the graphs.  The bulk of them have grown massively over the last year at a time when the general market has fallen down quite a bit.  The only food stock in this list that has fallen over the last year is Select Harvest and it has fallen massively.  I think we have a chance of seeing SHV turn around and shoot back up as it has done twice over the last 15 years before falling back.

    Almonds are very strong in high fat, low carb and that has become a popular diet in recent times.  Even though it sounds funny, it helps people to get their weight well down.  I can't see the almond business struggling in coming years.

    I started buying SHV this time at $6.11 and I continue buying as they fall.
