    I look this ann in the negative way.
    "the Board would like to advise that effective immediately Mr Frank Vanspeybroeck has been appointed as the new CEO of Zambezi and Mr Marinko Vidovich as the Executive Project Manager.
    It is pretty strange to see the change of CEO effective immediately. I an worrying the politics in the board may make the management inefficient thus damage of shareholders interest..
