at present IO sells at $85aud .. its still at $31aud margin ..is not bad.
160m t pa x 30aud = $4.5b pa profit. = p/e 2
what if ??
Aud falls and IO rises slightly on some mine shutdowns (eg;Vale)
..AUD at 80c x IO at $80us = $100aud = $46aud p margin
if we sell IO at $75 USD x 80c = $90 Aud = $36aud profit margin
its not the end of the IO world ..with a new China Stimulus + more rate cuts to boost Growth ..it may be the end for Shorters soon .
