OK aware that money has been raised ... and the prospectus raise price was 3.4 or 3.5c
1. so what is the current mcap (fully diluted and undiluted of the company now post Prospectus ... ie total shares on issue now and full diluted. As currenly I have no idea what the mcap of the company is and therefore cannot assess its relative value.
2. What is the legal issue. Who is claiming what against who ... WSR needs to tell share holders under its full disclosure obligations surely. Is Nearmap pursuing Spookfish for IP infringements or is it some other unrelated legal action? I don't know?
