it is very difficult to believe that the new investors (3.5c CR) looked at the "litigation" paragraph in the prospectus and just said, yep she'll be right, we don't need any further details on that one, litigation schmitigation, heres our money/commitment. so do they know something that the average shareholder doesn't?. that raises an interesting aspect......
on the bright side, presumably the investors would not be so keen to invest if this was a major problem. so, what do they know?
