    OK so we are saying undiluted at $36m and with another 400m shares to come ($22.4m) ...gives us a fully diluted mcap just under $58.4m @ 0.056c ...not so cheap eh.

    Given they have not even launched a product yet still in testing ... as I suspected not quite the bargain it appears to be .... and the legal action cloud hovering and the likey return to the Cap raise price of 3.5c ....
