    at this point it is still a risk. But, I'd rather be on AVQ's side than against. They have applied for a licence, the SIG has approached the landowners to see if there are any issues with AVQ's application, the locals now distrust SMM given they know they were royally screwing them in what they proposed (no matter what they offer them now, remember, trust is everything - make your own conclusions about this). SMM's only involvement in this is that they applied via the tender originally which was accepted by the SIG. AVQ came involved afterward - locals preferred to deal with them on the whole. The court cases brought to light what dirt b@gs SMM were. But I didn't realise SMM had visited the locals after the CoA decision. The fact that they did makes it even as an AVQ shareholder IMO. I thought they took AVQ to the highest court to avoid paying the $5M owing to AVQ . But the fact that they still want Isabel tells me that the resource is huge, bigger than what everybody thinks
