Budd Fox - you forget that CER didn't pay a December dividend and no guarantees it will pay a dividend for 1st half 2008.
No guarantee CER will even exist past 1st half 2008.
The share price in CER isn't dropping for no reason - the market is telling you something.
I got into CER when my Galilleo Shopping America Trust (GSA) was bought out by CER in July. I did a 25% loss and sold out at $1.00 a couple of weeks ago. Very happy I did sell out of CER because I don't see the SP picking up anytime soon.
