Well, let's just say that if it is anything like one of the SNE wells, flowing at more than the max measurable rate of 10,000 B/D then after a few days, the on board storage of 80,000 B must be pretty full.
Of course it could be the other thing, extra boats required to dislodge the jammed BOP. Remember FAN1!
