If you want to know more about fan plays do some googling for basic structure and geological timeline information. They are generally marine structures and of an early age commonly found in deep water shelfs which are strewn with levies and overspills that causes runaway lenses that can be very productive and merge with larger lenses or run in to blocky reservoirs.
Cheers, for the record I started buying because of the fan structures that were presented at this time nearly ten years ago, go figure. Remember Fan-1 is a discovery although not flow tested, I have had to put up with the SNE mayhem and hoopla till now!! Yeeehaa.
