If you were PC WPL why wouldn't you buy FAR 15% to gain 50% operator of this field, they WPL have the money to solve this issue.Is there more to it like Senegal Govt don't wish for WPL to be operator hence why far is going for the 50% maybe with total to be operator etc.The mind boggles why WPL have drifted along this far.But as you say FS1 if it has big oil look out WPL will be paying alot more.GO FAR
