That is “government endorsement to clear the way for FAR to progress the matter to arbitration”
FAR would have needed to have the game plan cleared from all those indirectly involved. IMO
Unscrambling the egg is going to be difficult especially when you are wearing it all over your face, but I am sure COP and WPL will find a way.
Got to think positive, why would FAR progress this all the way if they weren’t confident in the final outcome.
