If FAR get a favourable judgement COP will be back where they started they are not going to be penalised just involved it a change of owner. As Cath stated why would they worry where the money comes from.
My hope is that the ICC also see it that way, that no company will be penalised by a decision in favour of FAR.
WPL’s costs to date should all be refunded in the final wash up and to be fair the new owner of COP’s 35% should cover that. IMO.
