Yes 34 understand your sentiment re WPL but they helped to complete appraisal and move the project forward.
The arbitrators will consider this IMO.
We will have acquired an asset substantially increased in value and size at a knock down price. Managed properly the resale could potentially get us free carried to first oil what a bonus.
No need to wait for the extra litigation when we could sit back and relax. Just my opinion !
