Woodside have plenty of time to make a move if that is their plan if declaratory relief looks to be favouring FAR.
Possibly using the threat 'a second round of arbitration' if FAR are successful in order to determine the redress to FAR" to contain the settlement offer.
Pure speculation of course but WPL would have plan B and C , possible none of the above??
