My understanding is Cath had always said FAR were willing to work towards a mutual agreement that didn't jeopardize the project. WPL have not wanted this yet. I think they will come to an agreement later in the year. One that is good for both FAR and WPL. I think that at present WPL is playing the bluff game for as long as possible.
