You would think that a hundred + million indemnity would appear somewhere?
They don't even mention Senegal anymore.
First up how many transactions do you think have proceeded with a formal dispute lodged?
I doubt its ever happened before, and I'll bet my bottom $$ that if it was say WPL who lodged a dispute not little old FAR that the transaction would not have proceeded.
I think this is a case of big oil doing as it pleases.
WPL/COP might win but going by PC comments I don't think they are too sure of it.
