Fact that FAR had not been issued with a proper PE notice does not make the sale invalid!! or illegal!! . I think DavyBoy, today for first time actually mention that the "completion" of the sale will be illegal as opposed to the actual sale.... well done!! . Maybe he might have made similar statement before but from recollection DB always said that the sale is illegal which is of course BS. If it was illegal, a PE right would never have arisen. Invalid/Illegal ... same thing. If sale is invalid then there is and never was a PE right..Bit of logic to be applied by the bright sparks..Myfok
