Imagine trying to sell 20% when you have the CEO of the operator threatening to let the lease expire.
I think they would be FAR from chuffed.
The ICC arbitration is the governments method for dispute resolution.
If the PSC expired and the government tried to take the leases back they would end up back in arbitration for denying their own dispute mechanism running its course. ICC arbitration is out of everyone's hands.
