That would be messy lets hope it doesnt come to that. WPL appear to have carried out activity required on the licence and complied with ICC under the dispute resolution protocol. I doubt Senegal would kick but PC may just walk from the crease without waiting for the umpire decision on the basis that the JV is too much hard work and financial risk to take to development with ongoing JV uncertainty. We might see a 10% drop on WPL if that transpires and PC would probably take retirement option within 12 months I suggest. Probably also delay 1st oil by at least 12 months and WPL may seek arbitration to stir the pot if they feel wronged.
