just reread your post again. I did not get how bad Jack slammed AL. the reason I sold my Lynas first time is NC seldom went to the plant and every Q told that all problems would be solved by next Q. I wrote the BOD and NC personally saying that until upper management relocated to the LAMP 24 7 problems would not be solved. AL did that and it only took a while for problems to start resolving.
