Well, I suggested MEO re-start NOW negotiations, which I am sure under the current prevailing conditions (much more favourable for MEO) would not take even 1/3 the time it takes with the as yet unknown Artemis Farminee....And because of the agreement with MOG-CUE, as a last resort, perhaps IF MEIO had to drill, and the new partner would not be ready for the Drilling, then...MEO's already Drilling arrangements could have facilitated things......

Anyway, my theory is a very long, 100/1 shot at the moment.....
