As the saying goes "it ain't over till the fat lady sings" and it seems Mr Tay may have thought she was in full song when in fact the fat lady hadn't even begun to warm up. One does wonder why Mr Tay would want to order his lawyers to destroy the copies of proxies passport id's and why for that matter he neglected to invite a board member to a meeting of the board and in fact neglected,perhaps deliberately,to inform the member of the meeting.
I am beginning to think we haven't heard the end of this saga and that at the end of it all someone may face criminal proceedings for fraud
