I agree they don't control the price and they may have to take/work with the best of a bad set of offers/options available.
To me, the way it currently looks, the best of those is likely to be a major dilutionalry recap by placement/rights issue to/underwtritten by SGH - under such a scenario at least current shareholders (SDB & ACG included) get to stay in the game for an eventual realisation of NXS assests at a more reasonable price.
But it is a huge assumption that SGH (or anyone else) is there for a CR, and the LT outage has just put all that into serious doubt. Failing a CR its hard to see anything other than taking the low ball offers for some of the assets to try and retire the debt and have something left to try and work with !
