Posters are entitled to be utterly dismissive of your claims until you share that information.
Equally, they are entitled to highlight the facts that support the conclusion that this company is finished. In Australia, a company needs an ACN. Does that fact not give you a moment to rethink your position?

My oh my, oh my. I hardly knew what to think after reading that sentence. Are you saying that they contacted ASIC based on a post made on HC?
