Let's just focus on them and their deeds because they seem to get away with stuff and don't run their daily lives like a reality series with a bad script writer. Still strong...did chest last night and after w/u... did 3x8x130kg on incline bench, followed by 5 sets of 10 dips supersetted with 5x15 pushups and ended with a 20" row
