somewhere along the line I was led to believe that there was close cooperation and understanding between MSB and FDA around the requirements for approval. this outcome, requiring an adult RCT is bizarre and indicative of zero understanding between MSB and FDA as far as expectations around approval. of course, when billions of dollars are floating on any situation there is a strong possibility for corrupting influences around decisions. I'm disappointed but having difficulty being disappointed in myself and not sure where my disappointment should be directed. how many times can a coin be tossed and show the same side every time?
