Justified disbelief & outrage OP….wisdom of hindsight mark 2 however…….how come shorts were increasing into to this binary announcement ? The bottom line is they have won & won big……retail holders smashed ..it all just looks like rinse & repeat now. On the cash front ….has Si lost credibility now with so many fails despite great data as compared to SOC ? It seems his ‘collegial relationship ‘ with the FDA …..with Krause in his corner was worth less than putty. My concern eventually he will approach SH with a SPP…..or sell for a heavily reduced price based on today’s lunch money valuation etc etc…..everyone has lost big today now facing a long ride on the dilution train. Will it get to a consolidation of 5-1 or 10-1 then rinse & repeat ? It’s hard to see a way forward for current holders but newbies have got themselves a honey pot if they believe this will ever get across the line.
