I don't believe HNC want to own and operate CMR. How could they manage Australian and indigenous workers?

All the want is the metals that they have paid for in part and continuing supply based on putting in half the OPEX. It is easy to blame everything on overseas joint venture partners but the facts are the CMR Board and management are the ones that really stuffed up and have failed to deliver almost every aspect of the JV agreement.

Maybe you should be focusing on Toll and his private jet and ask the question did he put enough effort into understanding the Company, its problems and directing the Board after all he was an executive (paid) Chairman.

From what I can see - HNC have honoured all their commitments thus far and I believe will do everything they can to secure their copper Ni and Co supplies without having the hassle of operating CMR.

All opinion of course but look closer to home for this monumental stuff up.
